Kapton is a polyimide film used in conjunction with etched foil circuits to produce very thin flexible heaters. It has excellent dielectric qualities to provide 5000 volts dielectric per 0.001inch (0.025mm) thickness.
Kapton Heater can be made in any shapes, sizes and wattages. The working volts is from 1V to 240V. According to the different heating requirement, we can design different heating loop. So it has flexible designation.
Because of the light heavy and heating evenly, it is using in many ways, such as Satellites, aerospace equipment, mobile devices.
