Pipe/Tube Heating

We have spent significant amount of efforts in improving the gas line heater design and manufacture process, and achieved tremendous progress in gas line heaters:

  • Optimized the watt density to compensate the geometry dependent heat loss to improve the temperature uniformity along gas line with different types of components.
  • Clamp-shell structure makes the heater easier to install.
  • Molded silicone improves consistency and repeatcbility
  • Use of etch foil to enable variable watt density design.
  • 180 degrees Celsius maximum operating temperature.
  • Eliminate the cold spots inside valves where much higher heating power is required to compensate loss from the valve actuator and stem.
  • Dramatic improvement in chamber matching performance due to better repeatability in batches
