Ultra-pure deionized water heating system, in order to ensure ultra-pure conditions throughout the heating process the surfaces in contact with the liquid are all made of ultra-pure PVDF/PFA material. Provides stable, accurate temperature output power ranging from 40kw to 225kw through PLC temperature precision control technology.

These include liquid level sensor, thermal fuse, ground fault circuit breaker, pressure safety valve, flow sensor, and PLC control.
