Ultra-pure deionized water heating system, in order to ensure ultra-pure conditions throughout the heating process the surfaces in contact with the liquid are all made of ultra-pure PVDF/PFA material. Provides stable, accurate temperature output power ranging from 40kw to 225kw through PLC temperature precision control technology.

  • Heating Element: Deionization heating systems typically include one or more heating elements for warming.
  • Temperature Controller: The system is equipped with a highly accurate temperature controller to ensure that the temperature of the deionized water is maintained within the desired range. This is important for semiconductor processes and other high precision applications.
  • Supply of Ultra-Pure Water: We have high purity water for testing to ensure the cleanliness of the piping from the equipment factory.
  • Water pipes and Connectors: Water pipes and connectors used to transport deionized water are often made of high-purity materials to minimize the risk of contamination.
  • Safety Devices: Deionized heating systems are usually equipped with safety devices such as liquid level sensor, temperature sensor and overheat protection to prevent accidental leakage or overheating conditions. These include liquid level sensor, thermal fuse, ground fault circuit breaker, pressure safety valve, flow sensor, and PLC control.

CMS (Center Monitoring System) , is a software, which enable the customer to monitor the heaters inside an entire lab. In addition, historical temperature data can be saved in local file, or mySQL dBase,based on the customer preference.
