PFA In-line Heater


Product Introduction

Hotlong's PFA in-line heater is a heating device for heating acidic liquids. Acidic liquids are usually liquids that contain acids, such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid. In laboratories, industry and manufacturing processes, it is sometimes necessary to heat these acidic liquids to achieve specific temperature requirements or to speed up chemical reactions.


Advantage

Our products are made of PFA/PTFE with excellent chemical compatibility to meet the heating needs of most corrosive materials. The electric heating wire is made of nickel-chromium alloy element and covered with imported PFA material, which has the advantages of high heating efficiency, long life and high cleanliness.

The product has excellent safety performance and is equipped with safety control devices such as anti-dry burn level sensor, overheat thermocouple and process thermocouple. The compact design allows for a small footprint and easy installation.

We currently offer two product lines, 3KW/220V and 12KW/380V, and customized products with different power ratings are available upon request.

CMS (Center Monitoring System) , is a software, which enable the customer to monitor the heaters inside an entire lab. In addition, historical temperature data can be saved in local file, or mySQL dBase,based on the customer preference.

Semiconductor Wet Etching

A quartz in-line heater is a type of heating equipment that utilizes quartz material as a heating element. Usually used for high temperature heating and thermostatic control applications, quartz in-line heaters have excellent high temperature resistance and chemical stability.
